What countries can I use ShowUp in?ShowUp is currently supported in 46 countries to manage and sell tickets. The current mobile app is only available in the United States. Mobile app availability will soon expand!

How much does ShowUp ticketing cost?ShowUp charges small transactional fee per ticket sold. This fee can be absorbed or passed on to the attendee by the seller. In addition the seller has the option to customize additional fees per event or even per ticket type. Our fee varies seller to seller depending on your typical sales price. We do our best to keep our fees as minimal as possible.

Can I approve attendees before they receive a ticket to my eventYes. You can create custom question forms to collect information from attendees in which you approve before they can continue with making a purchase.

How does the organizer get paid?Our platform is integrated with Stripe. You connect your Stripe account to our account and attendees pay directly to your Stripe checkout page. Our fee is deducted from the revenue of each cart on its way to your account. You can configure payouts as often as daily through Stripe.

Do you offer Buy Noy, Pay Later plans?Yes.

How do refunds work?If the unfortunate circumstance of your event being cancelled you can manage all your refunds from your Stripe account. ShowUp fees are non-refundable.

How do I get an account to sell tickets?Submit your seller information in the pricing section. All event organizers selling tickets are internally approved and verified by our team before their events are listed on our platform. This prevents fraud, poor experiences, and wasted time for attendees. Most accounts are approved same day and selling tickets in a matter of moments.

How do I get my ticketed events on the ShowUp mobile app?Events created within our dashboard are automatically synced to your mobile app. All followers received push notifications once you create a new event.

Can I add ticketed events from the mobile app?No. Currently only ticketed events can be created through our web-based dashboard. For access, please submit your seller information.
